Oprichter en Chief Executive Officer (CEO) van Emailvision
Nick Heys is een ondernemer in de technologische industrie met meer dan 20 jaar ervaring in direct marketing. Nick heeft het bedrijf in 1999 opgericht met een visie om een revolutionair technologieplatform te creëren voor marketingspecialisten om de kracht van e-mailmarketing te gebruiken. Tegenwoordig is Emailvision in meer dan 19 landen actief en worden maandelijks vijf miljard berichten verzonden namens meer dan 4.000 klanten wereldwijd. Onder zijn leiding is Emailvision uitgegroeid van een nieuwkomer tot een wereldmarktleider op het gebied van e-mail, mobiele telefoon- en sociale marketing. Nick heeft een Bachelor-graad in International Business van het MBA Institute in Parijs, Frankrijk. Hij reist veel, spreekt vloeiend Engels en Frans en kan zich redden in Spaans en Duits.
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Guy is een technologie-ondernemer met meer dan 30 jaar ervaring in het leiden van organisaties door snelle transformaties; van nieuwkomer tot marktleider. Van 1978 – 1995 heeft Guy verschillende leidinggevende seniorfuncties vervuld bij Computer Associates tijdens hun snelle opkomst als marktleider op de ondernemingssoftwaremarkt. Guy heeft het eerste kantoor van CA in Frankrijk gevestigd. Hij heeft ook de functie van Vice President van Computer Associates Europe bekleed. In 1995 is Guy als Vice President in dienst getreden bij Transiciel SA, een van de snelst groeiende IT-consultinggroepen van Frankrijk. Hij heeft deze functie bekleed tot hun IPO in 1998. In 1997 is Guy toegetreden tot de raad van bestuur van de ITS SEEVIA Group, een toonaangevend computerservice- en softwarebedrijf. In 2004 trad Guy in dienst bij Emailvision om het bedrijf te leiden tijdens een periode van aanzienlijke groei. Sinds 2004 is Emailvision elk jaar met meer dan 40% gegroeid. Guy heeft een Master of Science-graad behaald bij INRACI in België. Hij spreekt vloeiend Frans, Engels en Vlaams. Hij is tevens lid van de Raad van Bestuur voor Conscio, Mix-Commerce en ITS Group SA.
Neil Garfinkel is a Founding Partner of Francisco Partners, a leading global private equity firm. Based in San Francisco, Neil focuses primarily on investments in the software and services sectors. In addition to his board position at Emailvision, Neil serves on the boards of directors of Dextrys, FrontRange Solutions, Masternaut, Mincom, NexTraq, Quadramed, Specific Media and WebTrends. He is a former director of AKQA (General Atlantic), Ex Libris (Leeds), Lynx Medical Systems (Picis), Office Tiger (RR Donnelley), Xcellenet (Sybase), IMPAC Medical Systems (Elekta), Card Capture Services (eTrade), and HMT Technology (Komag). Prior to founding Francisco Partners in 1999, Neil was a Managing Director of Friedman Fleischer & Lowe, a leading San Francisco private equity firm. Earlier in his career, he was a Vice President with Summit Partners. Neil started his career as an attorney with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati in Palo Alto and with Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York. He has a J.D. from Columbia Law School where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and an A.B. from Harvard College.
Deep Shah is a Partner with Francisco Partners, a leading global private equity firm. Based in London, Deep is responsible for Francisco Partner’s European activities. In addition to his board position at Emailvision, Deep serves on the boards of directors of C-MAC MicroTechnology, Dextrys, eFront, Masternaut, MetaSwitch and NexTraq, and previously served on the boards of Attenti and Ex Libris. Earlier in his career, Deep worked at Morgan Stanley in both their Mergers and Acquisitions group and the Princes Gate Investors private equity fund in London, where he was responsible for the identification, evaluation and execution of transactions across a variety of industries. Deep received a M.A. in Economics from the University of Cambridge in England with First Class Honours.
André Boisvert has been in the technology field for over 30 years with significant expertise in Business Intelligence and Customer Analytics. André started his career with IBM in 1976 and over the next 13 years he held senior management positions in sales, marketing and R&D. Following IBM, André took leadership positions in some of the world’s most respected software companies including Cognos, Oracle and SAS Institute Inc. At Oracle, he was Senior Vice President of Worldwide Marketing and a member of Oracle's Management committee. In 2000, André was named the President and Chief Operating Officer at SAS Institute Inc., the world's largest privately held software company. In addition to his board position at Emailvision, André is Chairman of the Board at Palamida Corporation, Board Vice-Chairman and Senior Advisor at River Logic Inc., and a Director at Clario Analytics Inc. and Webtrends Corporation.
Michael T. Everett has more than 30 years of leadership experience in financial and general management roles with technology companies that range from pre-revenue start-ups to Fortune 500s. Michael started his career as a partner at Heller, Ehrman, White & McAuliffe in Palo Alto, Hong Kong and San Francisco. In 1987, Michael joined Raychem where he served in several senior leadership positions including Chief Financial Officer and General Manager of Asia. Since 1997, he has served as Chief Financial Officer at Netro Corporation, VMware, Inc., Bivio Networks, and WebEx Communications. Most recently Michael was the Vice President of Finance at Cisco Systems, Inc. In 2007, he was named CFO of the Year by the San Francisco Business Times. In addition to his board position at Emailvision, Michael currently serves on the Board of Advisors at Zuora Inc. and as a Director at Calix Inc. Michael holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and B.A. from Dartmouth College.
